Hey!  My name is Sharon Burgess and I would be thrilled to photograph extraordinary moments in your life.  My images derive from understanding your individuality and ideas.  Essentially, my photographic work comes from our collaboration. I am committed to providing great service to you and have mutual respect for the trust you place in me, to photograph you.

My style?  I focus on how people connect with each other.  I allow energy to evolve while being mindful not to invade privacy and space.  I liken my photography to a dance, with my subject moving through all parts of the environment. I consider light, position, aspect and outside influences to capture a moment in time that embraces all of your qualities.  I have a photo/journalistic quality to my work and I also appreciate shape and lines.  I love the challenge and the feeling I get from managing all of these elements while my creativity navigates the end product. 

I live in sunny Perth with my husband (Greg) and our kids, (Bec and Rob).  I love WA!  Some other things I love:  my dogs, my birds, live music, the beach, wide open spaces, dancing, fishing, Netflix, my garden, a great breakfast, my hammock, beautiful places and nice people.
